About the Series
Why Acts?
The stories in the book of Acts are incredible, contained in this book are amazing signs and wonders, miracles that were done through the acts of the Apostles, and through the acts of ordinary men and women. God’s desire is that this ‘kind of life’ continues to this day. “If we want to see what they saw, and we need to do what they did and need to know who they knew”.
One of the things we see throughout the book of Acts is that it was not actually the acts of the Apostles but the acts of the Holy Spirit working through the Apostles, and the Apostles tapped into that power primarily through prayer.
What is the purpose?
This video series takes viewers through a brief overview of the timeless values of New Testament Christianity seen in the book of Acts. The purpose of this series is to encourage saints, through scripture to live lives like the men and women of Acts lived.
How is it presented?
The series is presented through four-minute long video episodes, focusing on a number of key topics. The videos are available to Four12 Partnering Churches to watch or listen on this web page or via the Four12 APP. All the episodes are also available as free video & audio downloads via this web page.
Who is it for?
The series is for anyone who wants to know more about the book of Acts. It would best be used in a small group setting- community groups, home groups, mentoring sessions would all benefit from incorporating this series.
