In early 2000s, Nevil and Georgina Sandama fled from their home country of Zimbabwe, to Cape Town, South Africa, with the hope of starting a new life. After a life-changing meeting with Jesus and being raised up as leaders and on the eldership team in DuNoon with Joshua Generation Church, a longing grew inside their hearts for their home country. In 2014, Nevil and Georgina felt it was time to answer God’s call for them to go back to Zimbabwe to plant a church. Finding accommodation in Zimbabwe or a place to hold meetings was not easy, but as they waited on God for direction, He led them to a township in Tafara.
This is some of their story since then.
